  • How do I check my gift card balance?

    You can check the balance by clicking the link included in the email containing your e-gift card. Contact our Customer Service at cs@reebok.ca for further assistance.

    We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return your Reebok.ca product(s) within 30 days for a full refund. Click HERE for more detail.

  • When can I get my refund?

    Normally it takes 3-5 business days but it can take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time we receive the return. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by our warehouse.
