Why is my payment being refused?
There are several potential reasons your payment is being refused, such as:
- Incorrect Billing Address: verify that the Billing Address you entered is the same one associated with the credit card you are using.
- Incorrect credit card information: you may have incorrectly entered the card number, CVV (the Security Code, usually on the back of your card) or expiry date. Be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card.
- Invalid credit card: we do not accept international credit cards. A full list of our accepted payment methods can be found here.
- Credit card expired: contact your credit card provider for assistance.
- Insufficient funds or credit available: check your online banking or contact your credit card provider for assistance.
- If you are having trouble with purchasing with PayPal, contact them directly or log in to your account for assistance.
- Your credit card provider may have blocked the purchase for a variety of reasons. Contact your credit card provider for assistance.
- Reebok may have refused the payment in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
