Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately, so your gear arrives fast. Due to the speed of our processes we unfortunately cannot guarantee to change the shipping information once the order is placed. If you notice right away that the address is wrong, please call us at 1-888-298-6794 and if your order has not yet shipped out, we will do our best to accommodate an address update.
You may reach out to the carrier and request your package be held at the nearest location to you for pickup. You are free to return the item(s) if do not want them. Feel free to return the items via Self Service Returns.
