I did not receive my order confirmation email.
If you still haven’t received your confirmation after this time, please follow these tips:
- Check your Junk/Spam mailbox (Add us to your Safe Senders/Contacts list to avoid this issue in the future)
- If you use multiple emails, be sure to check all inboxes
- Note that when paying with PayPal, your notifications may be sent to the email on file with that account, and not the one you entered at checkout
- If you’re a Member, log in to your account to view your Order History. If the order appears, then it was successfully entered in our system. (If you would still like an email confirmation for your records, please contact us to re-send)
- It’s possible you entered the incorrect email address (typo, etc.) if you checked out as a Guest. Please contact us and our team can help you to update your information.
