What Is The Reebok Return Policy?

Standard 30-Day Return Policy: If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your Reebok.ca purchase within 30 days for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

RETURN STEPS

  1. Go to our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email address, then click Track Order to view your order
  3. Click Return Item(s)
  4. Check the item(s) you want to return and let us know why
  5. Confirm your return
  6. Follow the return shipment instructions below 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Unworn Merchandise: Items that are unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
  • Final Sale Items: Swimwear and underwear are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Worn Items: We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn. To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition.
  • Items purchased in stores on or after March 12, 2024 are final sale and
    cannot be returned.
  • Refunds cannot be accepted without a receipt.

Take care of your items. We want you to love your clothes as much as we loved designing them. Once you have checked the fit and are satisfied with your purchase, remove the tags, wash the garment according to the instructions on the care label.

If possible use a wash bag to protect the fabric, let the clothes dry before wearing them. If it is not possible to wash them, air the items at least 72 hours before wearing.

 

RETURN SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Print your return label. 
  2. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you. If you have created more than one return label, please package the items separately, per return label. After your return label is created, it is only valid for 7 days before expiring.
  3. Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label
  4. Bring your package to your nearest Canada Post location. 
  5. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned shipment 

 

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE

You may return your reebok.ca order at a Reebok retail store within the 30 day return window. The original form of payment and confirmation email are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price.

 

RETURNING YOUR IN-STORE PURCHASE

In-store purchases from select locations made until March 11 can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The items must be in their original packaging, unused with all the tags on. To initiate a return, please send a picture/scan of your original receipt to cs@reebok.ca as well as the description of the style you wish to return, and our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

IMPORTANT: Receipts marked with a "FINAL SALE" notice are not eligible for return. Swimwear, underwear, and face coverings are considered final sale items and can not be returned.

RETURNING REEBOK ITEMS PURCHASED AT ANOTHER STORE OR ONLINE SHOP

If you purchased products at another store or online shop, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to Reebok.
