J.F. This review is not for the X4 has I'm still using my X1. Have been training for three years with my X1. 6 to 8 hours of use a week including cardio (elliptical)and weightlifting. Still In good shape. Best gym shoes I've ever had.
Con: X1 are not made for running, they are too stiff and will hurt your feet. Looks like the same for the X4.

Shane W These shoes gave me doctor diagnosed foot pain in my right mid foot within a week and lasted for over a month. Literally couldn't work. Turns out that the outside right presses up and causes mid low foot strain. Worst shoe I've ever worn.
