General Q&A:

  1. When is the last day to place orders for 12/24 delivery?
    • Order before 12/13 to receive orders by 12/24. This date is a guideline to assist you in planning your holiday purchases. We will process and hand over all orders received by 12/13 to our courier partners promptly. Once your order is with the courier, the delivery timeline is subject to their schedule and capacity, especially during this high-demand period. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to allow ample time for delivery.
  2. Are there any special shipping promotions for the holidays?
    • Reebok offers free shipping to all provinces for orders over $100. However, please note that this offer does not extend to Canadian Territories. For orders shipped to any Canadian Territory, a flat shipping fee of $30 will be applied, regardless of the order value.
  3. What is your return policy for holiday purchases?
    • Shop with peace of mind during the holiday season. Items purchased online from November 15, 2024 can be returned until January 7, 2025. Proof of purchase is required. You can find more additional information about our return policy here.  The extended return policy does not apply to all non-returnable items.
  4. Can my order be gift wrapped?
    • We're focusing all our efforts on ensuring your items are delivered quickly and safely this holiday season. As such, we will not be offering gift wrapping services this year.
  5. How can I track my order this busy holiday season?
    • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You may also use your order number to track your order here.
  6. Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
    • Due to the quick turnaround time during the holidays, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’re submitted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Although we make every effort to ship your orders as soon as we can, there may be courier delays so we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible.
