Nano X3: Nice shoe, but POOR customer service is not worth the risk of buying online

I normally wear a size 7.5. I purchased the shoes online on an excellent sale, but was sure to follow the exact instruction listed on the Reebok website (as both 7.5 & 8 were available but I know sale items go fast) to make sure the shoe fit perfectly as they are for Crossfit.

My shoes arrived about 5 days later, and I was so excited to try them on, but sadly there was almost .5-.75 of an inch at the end of the toe box. I then went online to look and all the 7.5 were gone.

So I called customer service, as in the past, Reebok was excellent, but NO MORE!!

DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!! They wanted to send the shoes back and that would be that. And then after talking to the person on the line for several minutes, they came up with the plan, that after the shoes were verified to be returned, I could CALL REEBOK and they would give me a 10% discount on any shoe...HA, 10% isn't even the tax!

So sorry to hear such a once reputable company is also going down the tubes. SO DISAPPOINTED REEBOK!!!

So for those wanting to try the Nano, don't order from here... Go to any LOCAL STORE and Make sure your shoes fit!

I give them 1 star, as honestly the shoes might have been great, but I am not even sure I can bring myself to by a pair after such a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!

And for those who know me, you know I never take time to fill these out, so that is saying something!
