How points work
How do I earn points?
You can earn points through purchases and interactions. Make sure you are logged into your Reebok UNLOCKED account when shopping on Reebok.com. When shopping in-store, identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address at checkout or pulling up your Member ID or Unlocked Pass by logging into your Reebok UNLOCKED account on Reebok.com through your mobile device.
You can earn points four main ways:
- Create your account: +50 points
- Complete your profile: +60 points
- Make an online or in-store purchase: +10 points for every $1 spent
- Rate and review a product (limited to 10/year): +100 points
If items from a purchase are returned, points are deducted from your account.
How long will it take for me to see my points in my account?
It can take up to 2-3 days for points to be added to your account.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can accumulate?
There is no limit to how many points you can earn. However, the highest level you can reach is Level 4: Full Access.
How do I check my current level and points total?
Find your current points balance and status level by logging into Reebok.com and checking your account. You will also receive emails when you move up a level.
Can I earn points on Reebok purchases in different countries?
At this time, Reebok UNLOCKED members can only earn points on purchases made in the country in which they signed up for the program.
Is it possible to lose points?
When you return an item, the points earned on that item from a purchase will be deducted from your account. As a result, you may move down a level if your total points after the return falls below the threshold of your current level.
Can my points expire?
Unlocked points will remain valid for 12 months. This period will always finish at the end of the month. If a member earned points on June 9, 2019, they would expire on June 30, 2020, unless Reebok explicitly states otherwise. Points are not transferable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
I didn’t receive my points or I think my points are incorrect. What do I do?
For points to be correctly allocated to your Reebok UNLOCKED account, you must be signed in when making purchases and completing interactions online. If you’re making an in-store purchase, you must identify yourself as a member by sharing your email address or showing your Member ID/Unlocked Pass at checkout. If you have not received the points within 2-3 days of making a purchase, contact a Reebok Customer Service agent via Customer Care.
Can I transfer points to my friends?
Currently, it is not possible to transfer points. You can encourage your friends to join Reebok UNLOCKED by telling them about the perks of this free loyalty program.
